Atiq Anjarwalla is a Master of Laws graduate of Jesus College, University of Cambridge. Atiq is a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales and practiced for over eight years with leading City of London firms, Slaughter and May and CMS Cameron McKenna. Also an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a senior partner with Anjarwalla and Khanna Advocates, Kenya’slargest law firm. He is the Managing Partner of AC&H. Atiq has over 30 years of practice experience and focuses principally on mergers and acquisitions, banking and capital markets, general corporate advisory and hospitality projects. He also handles tax planning and offshore structures for High Net Worth Individuals. He has led transactions and projects across a variety of sectors including transport, energy, hospitality, construction, and telecommunications.
