Dr Gita Bajaj is a Ph.D. in HR, a Certified Inner Metrix Coach and a Licensed Practitioner of Neuro Linguistics Programming (NLP). She is a Harvard Business School Affiliate and passionate Case teacher and Case writer. She engages with the industry for writing Cases, conducting training programs, offering HR Consulting, and doing industry-academia projects.
She is also a Member of AIMA-CME Board of Studies and was a member of HRD Committee for Negotiating the Education Sector under the WTO regime.
Received a national award for Best Case of 2010 from Richard Ivey Business School and ISB. Published 11 Cases, more than 200 newspaper articles and co-edited one book.
